Privacy policy

CT Advisory & Partners respects the confidentiality of everyone who makes contact. This page explains what we collect through this website and what we do with it.

Who is responsible

CT Advisory & Partners, Geneva, Switzerland. Data protection enquiries may be sent to info@ct-advisory.com.

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send. Through the contact form: your name, email address and, if you provide them, your company and telephone number, together with the content of your message. We do not use cookies for advertising, profiling or tracking, and we do not sell or share personal data with third parties for their own purposes.

Why we hold it

We use your contact details solely to respond to your enquiry and, where a relationship follows, to correspond about it. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in replying to a message you have sent us.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a relationship are deleted within twelve months. Correspondence relating to a professional relationship is retained for as long as Swiss law requires.

Technical data

Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and operational purposes. They are retained for a limited period and are not used to identify individual visitors.

Your rights

You may ask at any time what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to info@ct-advisory.com and we will respond within thirty days.
